Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Gibbor Calls, operated by Gibbor Technologies.
1. Service
Gibbor Calls is an operational CRM for organizing calls, contacts, analysis, and appointments generated through managed voice agents. Some functions depend on third-party services, including Retell, Google Calendar, telephony providers, hosting, and databases.
2. Accounts and authorization
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and limit access to authorized people. You are responsible for actions taken from your organization and for revoking access when it is no longer needed.
3. Responsible use
You may not use the service for fraud, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized access, illegal content, or interference with system security. The customer organization is responsible for its scripts, campaigns, legal bases, notices, and consent requirements for calls, recordings, messages, and data processing.
4. Integrations and third-party data
By connecting Google Calendar or another integration, you confirm that you have authority to do so. You can withdraw the connection from the application. Each third party’s terms and availability also govern its own services.
5. Availability and changes
We work to maintain a secure and reliable service, but maintenance, interruptions, or changes caused by the product or third parties may occur. We may modify features to improve security, compliance, or performance while seeking to avoid unnecessary material impact.
6. Ownership
Gibbor Technologies and its licensors retain rights in the software, design, and documentation. Each organization retains its applicable rights in information it adds to the service and grants the authorization needed to process it solely to provide the service.
7. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access due to security risk, breach, nonpayment, or legal requirement. When the relationship ends, the commercial agreement and Privacy Policy govern export, retention, and deletion of information.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Gibbor Technologies is not responsible for decisions made solely from automated transcripts or analysis, or failures attributable to networks, telephony, or external providers. Any signed commercial agreement prevails over this page in case of conflict.
